X3 Performance Bands are a new generation of resistance bands for use with the X3 bar and ground plate. They're uniquely engineered from ParaForce Rubber™ and manufactured in the United States to provide a more aggressive force curve to better match your biomechanical output potential. 

They have the same resistance as the original X3 resistance bands, but they are more accommodating to the human strength curve. As a result, these bands increase force as you stretch them, allowing you to achieve higher peak forces and greater potential to stimulate muscle growth.

This means they are lighter at the bottom of the movement and heavier at the top. This makes them feel easier, but they are just as powerful. You may do more reps with more weight, which stimulates more growth. You may want to look into the X3 Force Bar if you are looking for specific numbers.

Enhanced durability also allows for “stacking” or combining multiple bands during one exercise, a practice that is discouraged with standard X3 latex bands.
