To update the payment information on a single subscription, once logged in to your account, click Subscriptions in the navigation, then click View Order and "Edit" next to your payment method. This will apply to all of your subscription orders.

You can also set it by clicking the user icon once logged in to your account, then profile, then at the bottom, click the "Assign a payment method to subscriptions" button.
