How do I reset my account password if I am not receiving the reset email?Updated a month ago

If you've forgotten your password or are not receiving the reset email, first confirm that you have an account using the email address linked to your orders. 

After creating a new account or attempting a password reset, check your email's spam folder for the verification email and confirm it. If you still can't find the verification email please email us from the email address of the account.
