How do I train all the ranges of motion with X3?Updated a month ago

If you think about it, you're exercising the same muscle at the bottom of the range as you are at the very top.

By training that muscle in the strongest range of motion, you increase your strength far more overall than if you attempted to train at the bottom of the range where you are much weaker.

Research indicates that for the bench press, for example, at the bottom of the range of motion, people cannot recruit as much of the muscle involved because nervous system activation of the muscle tissue is reduced as measured by EMG.

This suggests that the weak range of motion only limits the amount of weight you can train with, even when the same muscles are involved. By training in the stronger range, you can trigger greater muscle growth.
