How long do the standard X3 bands last?Updated a month ago

Due to our custom layering process, X3 bands are durable. They should last about 7 years before they lose enough tension to warrant replacement. Some signs of wear on the outer layers are normal. The average high-resistance band lasts 3 years or less. X3 bands last longer because they are built for durability, and the X3 Performance Bands last even longer.

If your bands show tears or weakness unrelated to everyday wear and tear, please send a picture to our customer service team. We’ll help you determine if it’s normal or if your band should be replaced.

Contact us if your band needs to be replaced within one year of purchase. While exceedingly rare, the standard bands are made of natural latex and are made of a natural product; they can fail prematurely due to imperceivable variations, and therefore, it is covered by our one-year warranty.

Stacking your standard X3 bands or using your bands without the X3 ground plate can cause premature wear that is not covered by warranty.
