What’s the difference between the X3 bands and other resistance bands?Updated a month ago

Most resistance bands cannot handle a heavy amount of force.

99% of resistance bands, even those for pull-up bars, are made from petroleum-based material. This weak material will snap with enough force.

X3’s heavy-duty resistance bands are made of layered latex, which is extremely powerful and far more powerful than most bands. The standard X3 bands that come with the X3 are made through layering. With 15 total layers of natural latex, this adds durability and strength to the X3 resistance bands. Unlike other cheaper resistance bands, the individual layers help prevent the bands from snapping or breaking.

It also means that, when used safely with the X3 bar and X3 ground plate, you can apply very high forces (sometimes over 600 lbs!) just with a resistance band!

The X3 Performance Bands are uniquely engineered from ParaForce Rubber™ with a more aggressive force curve to stimulate more muscle growth and fat loss. Unlike the natural latex bands that come with X3, the X3 performance bands allow for stacking or combining multiple bands without the risk of wear.
