The 10–600 pound option includes the X3 Elite band. It's a beast! It is a 41-inch loop that generates 110 to 300+ pounds and over 600 pounds when doubled over. 

We generally recommend that most people try the bands included with the X3 before considering getting an X3 Elite band.

Before moving to the Elite, you should be able to do at least 40 slow and controlled reps with the included black band.
