What is the new X3 Hypertrophy Program?Updated a month ago

As you may already know, the standard X3 12-week Program is optimized to make you as strong and lean as possible. However, many people are also interested in maximizing their muscle size.

 For this reason, Dr. Jaquish spent the last year researching the science of effective training for muscle size and experimenting with modified X3 workouts.

Now, as a result of that research, experimentation, and collaboration with Matt Wenning (PhD(C) and world record holder in the Squat, Super Heavyweight class), we're excited to share the new X3 Hypertrophy Training Program

New X3 users should start with the standard X3 12-week Program before starting the X3 Hypertrophy Training Program.
