What is the Total Force Score?Updated a month ago

The Total Force number is a calculation that takes into account your rep cadence, total time under tension, and the forces you're experiencing during the workout.
The point is to encourage users to perform the best possible workout, which will ultimately yield the greatest results.
So, for example, if you were performing 45 slow and controlled reps with the light grey band but can only perform 10 reps with the dark grey band, you shouldn't necessarily expect your score to increase just because you moved to a heavier band.
