• Inspect your band for damage before each use. If your band appears damaged, please contact customer service to confirm whether it is still safe to use.
• Always maintain a firm grip on the bar to avoid injury.
  Always consult with your physician before beginning any exercise program.
• Before putting tension on the band, make sure the band is fully seated in the hooks and running freely through the channel on the ground plate.
• Never step off the ground plate or let go of the bar while there is tension in the band.
• Never submerge the X3 Force Bar in water or expose it to excess moisture.
• Only charge the X3 Force Bar using standard USB 5VDC sources.
