Where are the videos for the X3 Hypertrophy Program?Updated 3 months ago

We filmed additional video programming for the X3 Hypertrophy Program, which is currently being edited. Some of the videos have been uploaded, and we expect the rest to be ready and published in the next few weeks.

This new content will walk you through the X3 Hyper Trophy Program and cover the correct form for each of the new exercises, including

  • Band Laterals
  • Overhead Tricep Extension
  • Seated Calf Raise
  • Shallow Front Squat
  • Stiff Leg Deadlift
  • Seated Wrist Curl

The standard X3 Tricep Press and the Tricep Skull Crusher movement are the same exercise.
