Why do you recommend Split Squats and the X3 Squat Belt with X3 Force?Updated a month ago

The Force Bar works by measuring the direct downward force applied by the bands to the hooks on the end of the bar.

Without the belt, your shoulders will likely push up against the hooks on the bar, producing erratic and potentially very inconsistent force readouts. The app will not measure the reps performed as a result.

This is why we recommend keeping your wrists from pressing up against the hooks during other exercises like the chest press and the OHP).
