What you’re seeing is the work you have done, which is in a slight delay. It's normal to see the Total Force Score change even after you've completed the last rep.

The Total Force calculation cannot be tallied until after the rep has been fully completed. So the TF Score will not increment up until the algorithm senses that you've completed the whole eccentric and concentric part of the motion.
